Please try rebuilding the custom cache via Database -> Database Management -> Housekeeping -> Rebuild Custom Cache and let me know if that completes successfully.

do u know how time this reindex will take? 2 hours and it's still working

It can take a while, though I wouldn't expect it to take a whole lot longer on a 3G database, you'll want to let it run to completion regardless.
