I am sorry for my tone but as you can well understand my PT4 is just not importing hands and the problem is in post gre server imo. I have tried rebuilding my chache, tried tuning the server but issue exists. Also its been 24 hrs since the ticket. Please look into the matter.

what was the cause and solution?

Cancelling statement due to user request means that you switched to a different report and the query that was running was cancelled.

In the above user's case there was database corruption that necessitated a new database.
