I too have a MAC and the update did not work.

I have submitted my ticket.

I also have a Mac and the update does not seem to work. Opened a ticket and was told to download the latest release, which I've already done.

Patiently waiting for the next.

hi,
i just installed the new unofficial update to import my past 2 days on the merge network, but it wont import anything, it always says import canceled.

PC user, windows 7 64bit

oddly enough, there is no hh files showing in the folder anymore.. as if already processed, but no hands are there

update... the hh files actually went to the processed folder, but are nowhere to be found in the DB. i can manually open the XML files though, after re-importing, some are shown.. probably most. but it always ended with the msg.. import incomplete

You can import the files which were moved by using Get Hands From Disk.

Nevermind, the HUD and the import quit working again today. Figure this out guys, this is getting a tad ridiculous. HM2 patched this problem in one day, and they could care less about the US players, it has taken PT4 5 days and counting. I will make a support ticket and post it up.

Please compress your hand history files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can find out why. Post your ticket number here so that we see it ASAP.
