Nevermind, the HUD and the import quit working again today. Figure this out guys, this is getting a tad ridiculous. HM2 patched this problem in one day, and they could care less about the US players, it has taken PT4 5 days and counting. I will make a support ticket and post it up.

Actually I don't see a ticket linked to your account - please check that you can see it in My Account > My Support Tickets (or if you posted it as a guest) and post your ticket number here.

Having the same problems with Merge even with the new download. Hand histories not importing and HUD not displaying whatsoever. My ticket is #154808. Thanks for your help. :?

the 4.11.10 update works for me! Now getting HUD on Carbon! And even though PT4 hud was not working for several SnG's over the weekend it still processed the HH files and put them in the processed folder where I was able to import them! Thanks PT4!!

We're testing a fix for the Mac version and I hope it will be available later today, although I can't say for sure yet.

Well, it didn't work for me. I have a support ticket open and got this link to fix my problem; and it didn't fix it; in fact Windows made a horrible noise and told me "Windows cannot find C:/Users/(Name)/Downloads/PT-Install 4.11.10.exe. Make sure you you typed the name correctly and try again".

HELLO PT, I expect soem help here - a tad sick of this problem!!!! I'll keep writing you until the problem is FIXED. I'm a past irritated at this point with the lack of help.

That message means that the download didn't complete properly if the installer wouldn't even run - try downloading it again.

NOPE. I had to diable my Norton anti virus because I'm getting a false positive, and it STILL didn't work. Support soon, please. I have been working on this for DAYS now.

You should be able to temporarily disable Norton while things are installed. Once they're installed you can set it up as explained in our Anti-Virus, Firewall, and Security Software Configuration Guide and then you should be all set.
