I have updated the OP to indicate that version 4.11.10 has been officially released. If you downloaded the release candidate, you will not be notified of this official release. Instead you will need to manually download and install the official release.

Yes, all known major issues with the release candidate were resolved including the OS X import issue on the Merge Network.

Then please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Post your ticket number here and I'll see what I can do about getting a response expedited for you.

Hey Guys. My HUD and import still isn't working on Merge after the official fix. I do not have a Mac. My anti-virus software wiped out the untested version and I can't get the official version to work. I scrapped Norton completely because of this problem and still for some reason it still doesn't work. My support ticket # is 154860.
