Delete HUD profiles

Hello!

I have 13 HUD profiles in PT4. I made 3 of them. Why I can't delete any profile? I want to leave only 2 profiles:

• 1 for cash games
• 1 for tournaments

When I press "Delete Profile" nothing happens.
Please help me.

The defaults are not intended to be deleted, nor are any Premium HUDs you may have. If you try to delete one of yours does it disappear properly?

Hello i installed the trial of PokerProHuds yesterday, i came fast to the conclusion that its not a good tool for me.. i deinstalled it completely, but the profiles still appear!

how can i delete them properly!?

For Premium support you should contact your Premium provider.

Is there any other way to delete a premium addon? What if the premium developer is no longer in business? There have to be a way to manually delete a premium addon

There isn't an option for that but you can turn off all of your Premium HUD content by disabling the "Configure -> Options -> Download Premium Content" option and then restarting PokerTracker 4. If you are unable to contact a particular premium developer to disable a specific part of your premium content then please let us know the details in a Support Ticket.
