HUD isn't working

Hello!

My HUD is not working.I tried to use it while I was playing at 888poker today but it didn't worked.When I try to click "stop getting hands" button,software
is freezeing until I force it to closing.

I removed and tried to reinstall the software version v4.11.11.exe but I get this error message also.

Just as additional detail I purged some hands yesterday.After this time I couldn't be able to use my HUD.

Can you please help me with the situation.Thanks in advance.

Uninstalling rarely helps and can complicate matters. That message means that the Hud part of PT4 is still loaded into memory after the crash - reboot your computer then run the installer again.

Purging hands requires a cache update - please go to Database > Database Management and click Rebuild Cache > Full Cache Rebuild. If you have a large database this will take some time so please run it when you're not going to be using PT4 for a while.
