How do i set up hud to show me a stat after X opportunities?

if i dont hear back from you ill assume i understood, sorry to be so unaware of things here, it just sounds like im asking something stupid but in reality i didnt fully understand if you full understood me correctly therefore im not 100% sure that im getting the answer i am looking for, because my next question was going to be if you directly pin point me to where i would be able to set up my hud to show me a stat after X oppurtunities

Changing colour based on the number of hands requires defining colours in the stat using expressions (rather than in the Hud's Color Ranges), but for PokerStars you can only use the Hud's Color Ranges which are based purely on the value of the stat itself (because stat-defined conditions would allow you to add more colours that PokerStars allows).
