Issue with bounty stats for Progressive Knockout tournament!

PT4 stores the value of a bounty and the number of bounties won. These progressive bounty tournaments don't fit with this model. The development team are aware of this issue, but I'm not sure what we'll be able to do in the short term. Please open a Support Ticket and attach the hand history and summary files for the tournament and we'll pass the example on to the development team and link your ticket so that you get a notification if/when a solution is found.

In the meantime you could adjust the results manually by right clicking the tournament and choosing Edit Tournament - you'll need to decide how you want to specify the result; maybe 2 bounties and set the value of each to the average.

As per company policy we do not comment on potential additions until they are ready. If you open a Support Ticket on this not only does this notify you when an update is released it also adds weight to the request in our system.

Its more than 2 years now since progressive knockout tournaments came in. And you guys still couldnt figure out the way how to handle those bounties correctly in PT4????

why this need to take so long?? PT4 is not free whe have paid for this so we want a solution we are 2 years and 1400 views further. Are you taken your customers seriously ????

query sum of total amount_bounty_won for playerID 100 in tournament ID 1


Select player id 100 and tournament id 1 and count total amount_bounty_won. Result for playerID 100 in tournament_Id 1 is $35
Select player id 100 and tournament id 2 and count total amount_bounty_won. Result for playerID 100 is tournament_Id 2 is $45
Select player id 102 and tournament id 1 and count total amount_bounty_won. Result for playerID 100 is tournament_Id 1 is $10

Run a update query on the whole database to fill the data in the new table in the pt4 database and break query that calculates the sum in the table tourney_result and Tourney_summary in pokertracker 4 where the count of bounty is bounty_count x bounty_fee.

use the new query to calculate the result of the amount_bounty_won and store this value in a new field Amount Bounty Won $ in the table tournament_results.
