Problem with Zoom HUD on PokerStars !!!

Now, same problem on 50nl SH Zoom, i just sent the ticket, please can you assit me kraada ??

It works correctly by a time, and then it starts a lot of troubles, no HUD on any player, or just one HUD of only one random player in other place... instead of the 5 rivales HUD in order; or simply no HUD on no one, this is tilting me, please help me

We are doing what we can and we're working with PokerStars as well to try and get this fixed as soon as possible. Other than sending us logs so that we can link you to the bug in our system there's nothing else to be done at this point.

i am having the same issues, i have tried to send a ticket, but dont know it if worked.. very bad support form lol..

The update has been released now and will be downloaded automatically the next time you restart PT4. Make sure that PokerStars is not running when you restart PT4 so that the update can be applied.

ATTENTION POKERSTARS ZOOM USERS:

A new update for PokerStars ZOOM compatibility and improved stability has just been pushed out to all PokerTracker 4 users. If you are currently using PokerTracker 4 while playing on ZOOM tables we advise taking these steps:

• Quit the PokerStars and PokerTracker 4 clients.
• Restart PokerTracker 4
• Once you see the PokerTracker 4 client window, you can now restart PokerStars.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but are happy to report that all Zoom issues should be resolved once these steps have occurred.

PS: All PokerTracker 4 users should be using 4.12.1 at this stage. If you are not using PokerTracker 4.12.1, we advise updating ASAP at https://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT4/download.php

Hey There !

Now I have another problem :S

I have 4 Zoom tables open, everything is good with 3 tables, but the 4th table there is no HUD on anyone :S

What is going on ??

PD: I follow all the steps and have the last versions on everything
