Phantom stats appearing on my HUD

Postby noname81 » Thu Jan 15, 2015 11:25 pm

HI

I keep getting random stats showing up on my HUD. I Posted a screen shot of the problem. I am also finding my HUD very laggy.

I don't see the PT-icon at that table - have you moved it so that it is outside the table?
Was the Hud running and working at other tables? How long had this table been open?
This is a custom Hud - do things work normally if you use a built-in Hud?

Anybody continuing to have problems with Zoom should first restart your computer and then restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link before starting PokerStars -- this will ensure that you have the latest Zoom files. If you continue to have trouble at that time, please send us your log file - that will help us figure out why the fix is not working for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

We appreciate everyone who works with us to get us the logs we need to get the next fix together. If we already have your logs in a ticket then there's nothing else to do but wait until we have the next fix ready.
