New Problem at 16nl Zoom tables - HUD stats wrong

Here's a sample screen cap - the problem seems to be happening more frequently now, so figured I'd better let you guys know - the sample here is on the button, with the stats showing for the wrong person:




Thanks for all the hard work you've all been doing with trying to get HUDs working at zoom tables, and with the freezing - those two things seem to be better now ... there's just this new thing ...

PS Oh, and it's not related to preferred seating - the stats showing are for someone who isn't even at the table, and there were no stats showing anywhere on the table for the player on the button

We have a known problem where some Zoom hands are missed so the Hud doesn't update. We've only seen this at 25c 6-max Zoom tables so far, but it's possible the same issue affects 16c tables less frequently. The development team are investigating this and I hope we'll have a fix soon, but until we establish what the problem is I can't promise what the timescale will be.
