HUD not working properly since 888 software update

Hi, since the last software update from 888 poker, the HUD stats are positioned wrong. Also it shows my overall stats, not from the current session as usual. I haven't changed anything in my settings lately. The new 888 software seems also somewhat slow to me, don't know if there's an error. Any suggestions?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

We have seen some cases where 888 does not save your hole cards in the hand histories. This problem seems to happen consistently for omaha, but only sometimes for holdem. If you're playing holdem try reinstalling the 888 software and that may fix it. Unfortunately if you're playing omaha you will need to wait until 888 fix their bug - if the hole cards aren't in the hand history there is no way for PT4 to get them and therefore it doesn't know who the hero is so can't rotate to your preferred seat or know to show your session stats.

Yes I do play PLO mostly in Cash Games, but before the last software update from 888 everything was working fine. There were no errors at all with the hand history.

Has a fix for this been found yet?

Is there anywhere to download 888 software that isn't broken (i.e. not missing hole cards on Omaha tables)?

Waiting on 888 to fix the issue could take the rest of the year or longer.

You would need to contact 888 support for updates on this particular issue. If valid hand histories with holecards are not being provided then there is no other workaround if reinstalling 888 has not resolved the problem for you.

My problem is that hud does not even appear since 888 sw update. I checked directories config, preferred seating etc. Everything is same as before sw update. Any idea? Thanks

That's not enough data. Please send us a log and we'll double check to see if you have the same issue or not.
