stopped importing hands ipoker

Hi, half way during the day pt 4 stopped improting hands out of ipoker . I re-started pt4 a couple of times with no results. what can i do ? thx

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the "Logging Enabled" option on your start menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on. You can find the log file by clicking the "File --> Show User Data Folder" option in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called "PokerTracker4" that is in that folder.

I tried to send the login file on two different computers. I think the file is too big to send . Is there an other way to do this ?

Have you tried zipping/compressing the log file?

You can alternatively upload the log file somewhere (e.g. dropbox) and send us the link in a support ticket. If that is not an option then please submit the support ticket anyway and we can send you instructions for uploading the log to our own server.
