hi, I have difficulties on ipoker network. I am administrator , client runs as administrator. according to pt4 Hand history is saved to C:\Users\Gábor\AppData\Local\William Hill Poker/hand history . The problem is that i in my computer i dont have a hand history folder here. Auto import runs and pt4 doesnt import. 01:07:24 pm: Error: iPoker: Unable to launch auto-import for site: iPoker. Reason: iPoker: No Directories to Monitor

First check that the option to save hand histories in the William Hill poker client is enabled.

Settings -> System -> [x] Store Hand History Locally

If this was disabled play at least one hand without PokerTracker 4 so the hand history folder gets created on your computer. If you cannot see your C:\Users\Gábor\AppData directory in Windows then you will need to enable the option to show hidden folders. If William Hill is not saving your hands there check these locations instead for your hand history folder:

C:\Poker\William Hill Poker

C:\Program Files (x86)\William Hill Poker

I'm also getting a similar issue with William Hill.

Error: iPoker: Unable to import hand (#6693069122). Reason: Invalid limit (NL (6 max)) for hand #6693069122

No HUD displays either and I get this message for every hand.

It sounds like they may have pushed the same update that Coral pushed recently that broke the hand histories so they are not being written properly. We are in contact with iPoker to try and get this resolved.

I believe that iPoker released the fix to their hand histories some time ago now - if you're having problems please check the iPoker Configuration Guide and the Hud Troubleshooting Guide for solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem for further investigation if they don't help.
