Background:
PokerStars is working on a change to Zoom. On July 25th, they pushed out a test to 2NL & 5NL Zoom tables which broke PokerTracker support. They will be pushing this update out to all stakes on September 1st at which point Zoom will be broken with the PokerTracker 4.14 version.
Release Candidate:
Below is a new PokerTracker v4.14.1 Release Candidate which we believe will fix these PokerStars changes. Please note that as a release candidate, this is not the current stable version therefore there may be bugs. This is the second iteration of the Release Candidate so hopefully the majority of the issues are resolved. If you installed the first release candidate, the version numbering is the same and you will need to re-download and install this new version.

Installation:
On the first run, you must start the PokerTracker import (Get Hands While Playing) BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the import and then open PokerStars before Zoom will function properly. If it is not working after doing this, please uninstall PokerStars and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted which we are unable to fix and a reinstall should resolve the issue.
Problems & Bug Reporting:
If you follow the instructions in the "Installation" section above and are still having problems, please start PokerTracker 4 with Logging Enabled, replicate the issue that you experience and send us your PokerTracker4.log file (before restarting PokerTracker) via the PokerTracker Support System so that we can troubleshoot and resolve any issues prior to the public stable release.
