Hands suddenly stopped showing in PT4 View Today's Hands

All hands disappeared in View Today's Hands report at around 23:00 local time (I guess it's midnight somewhere ). I played like 15 minutes into new day (night?) but still nothing changed. Refreshing the report or restarting PT4 didn't help. No filters I know of are applied.

Make sure you don't have a filter set to a tag in the drop down at the top right of the report - if it says anything other than 0 tags, you have a filter set to a tag.

Otherwise the most likely candidate is that your day is not set to start at the same time your computer is - you can change this setting in Configure -> Reporting Options -> My Day Starts At. Change it to a time you aren't playing and things may reappear.

But it didn’t help. No tags selected. I changed the beginning of the day. It changed the figures in View Stats, but had no effect on Play Poker tab. At 23:02 all hands disappeared again. I began a new tourney, and I’m playing now, but still no hands are visible. HUD is working though. Yesterday they just began to show again from the first hand of a new tourney somewhere in the middle of the night.

All hands reappeared after midnight. Will monitor the problem. Very interesting behavior of PT4.

What site do you play at?
Are the times of the hands shown correctly in PT4, or at they off by an hour?
If you play at iPoker the hand histories don't specify the timezone so you need to select the correct skin/timezone in Configure > Sites & Import Options > iPoker.

It’s PokerStars. And the hands' times are really off by an hour.

I’m not sure that I understand what do you mean by «hand history text».
