WSOP/888 New Jersey Stealing Focus From PT4 Note Taking

When I play WSOP & 888 with PokerTracker 4, I can't take notes in PT4 without WSOP/888 stealing focus. I type notes in PT4 and as soon as it's my turn to act on a table my text moves from PT4 Notes to the text box.

I've tried all configurations within WSOP settings and nothing fixes the problem
It happens to me on two different PCs, but not on a Mac.

Does everyone have this problem or is there a way to fix it?

I'm using Windows 10 probably the only solution would be to make some change with Windows 10.

By any chance do you know if this same issue exists with Holdem Manager?
