HUD not working for zoom poker

Hi, my HUD doesn't seem to be working for zoom on pokerstars, but hands are being tracked and hud shows in replayer. I have it enabled in my settings and i'm starting up pt4 and selecting get hands while playing before i launch pokerstars. I've tried restarting the hud but nothing seems to work. Hud works fine on regular tables, i haven't played zoom for a while but on my old laptop the zoom hud was working ok. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using our latest version of PokerTracker? If not please upgrade to 4.14.7 and let me know if that works better for you.

I updated to 4.14.7 and its not working now (pokerstars update came out the same day i did it). I did the import thing for the first time use and it worked for about 10 hands then the HUD disappeared. I had this happen during 4.14.5 (i think thats the one), but usually just stopping the import and re-starting would bring it back, this time its not working at all.

I guess i should just downgrade to 4.14.6?

I believe that PokerStars have updated all of their skins with their latest changes now, and v4.14.7 should work with that. If the Hud worked at all then I wouldn't expect reverting to make any difference, although you could try it. Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. Please also tell us what version of the PokerStars software you have - see Help > About in the PokerStars lobby.

Interestingly, i forgot about this problem and started up and played today without doing anything new and it all worked fine for over 2 hours.

I have build 11085 (server version 1052) btw.

Thanks for confirming - that is the updated PokerStars version (anything over 11000 is the update).
