a fellow has the problem that he sometimes has the hands of a session, sometimes not:

He already made a housekeeping and a rebuild cash, however without any succes.

What could be the reason?

When he's in the Statistics section and sees one of those blank reports he should right click, click Configure Report and click Restore to Default. That should fix things for him.
