Postgres v 8.4 reinstall

I'm uninstalling and reinstalling my Postgres as directed here: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT3 ... 84-windows

The download link provided - http://www.enterprisedb.org/products-se ... ad#windows - doesn't appear to have v 8.4 any more - does any by chance have a download of it available?

Whilst I'm working on this - what version of Postgres do you recommend now? I guess 9.3 or 9.5?

PostgreSQL v9.3 is our current recommended version although I'm not aware of any specific issues with PostgreSQL v9.5.
