Not working anymore on iPoker (bet365)

A couple days ago my hud stopped working for iPoker network. I play on bet365. Every other site works perfect as usual. Anyone else having issues or know whats going on? maybe there was a update recently.

Please check that everything is still configured correctly and that you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4. If that does not help please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log files and see what is going on.

Hi,

The same thing has happened to me the last couple of days @kcpoker. Have you had any luck figuring out what has gone wrong?

@Flag_Hippo I have followed all the configurations and have even re installed a couple of times. The directories configuration screen on the site and import options tab no longer has my Bet365 hand history address saved there. It won't auto detect and even manually inputting it won't get it to work. I have no idea what has caused it as I have made no changes to my pc whatsoever.

The software still works for pokerstars but I did get a Bet365 update a few days ago so wondering if that would cause it? If so, surely there would be a lot of people with the same problem?

Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have to help fix this.

From the iPoker lobby, click on "My Account -> Settings", go to the "General" section and ensure the option to "Store Hand History Locally" is enabled. The default location is:

C:\Users\SOME_NAME\AppData\Local\<iPoker Client>\data\<Screenname>\History\Data

In PokerTracker 4 click "Configure -> Site & Import Options" and then "iPoker" along the left side Poker Network list. Make sure "Get Hands From Site While Playing" is enabled and if "Auto Detect" does not pick up the folder use "Add" to manually add it.

If you have any further trouble please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log files and see what is going on.

I've sent ticket to yesterday, in a session where i made like 1500 hands PT tried to import 150k hands if anyone else noticed a gazzilion duplicate hands and i think tahts the reason for it being laggy
