PostgreSQL version not supported?

I have updated pocker tracker to the new version and got this(screenshot attached) communicate after launching the program. What should I do? Thank you.

We have had issued reported with newer versions of PostgreSQL so version 9.3 is the most compatible. That said if you are not having issues using a newer version you do not have to do anything and can safely ignore it. If you are having issues there is a guide on how to manually install PostgreSQL which you can follow.
