Sharing databases between 2 machines

Hi All

Probably a bit of a noob question.

I wanted to know how I can share/add hand histories between 2 machines (a desktop and a laptop) without overwriting the databases.

I am assuming I will need a USB stick.

To keep two separate databases in sync with one another you can use a setup like this.

There may be some other options if you're on a home network. Perhaps OP can describe how the two machines are used?

I work from home and both machines are used for work. They are connected to a home network and I have recently installed a personal cloud, WDMyCloud (if this helps).

If one of the machines is always on even when not playing poker from it you could have both machines sharing the same PostgreSQL/database - see the following guide for details:
