Incorrect Prize Pool for Various Spin n Go - Stars

Hey all, been a while since I've posted here.

I'm noticing various spin n gos (apparently only the ones that I finish 3rd in ) import with an incorrect prize pool. I've been regging the $7 spins lately, and all the incorrect ones end up with a Prize Pool of $19.53 (probably not accidental that 7 x 3 minus rake is $19.53)

Curious whether there is a fix for this yet? Perhaps I can post some faulty tournament summaries with one that imported correctly for contrast? Whatever I can post to help fix this issue I can provide.

The normal cause for this is not having the tournament summaries enabled in PokerStars or PT4 so check out the PokerStars Configuration Guide for how to do that.
However, it sounds like you may have summaries configured and if you have then please attach the full original hand history and tournament summary files for one of the tournaments with incorrect data to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
