HUD don't work

Hello community, the HUD at the cash game works great. but at turnaments the HUD is not there, what is wrong in my settings? thx for your help.

Assuming the hands are importing OK (which they probably are if it's working for cash) the most likely cause is having your poker site software installed in a language other than English - PokerTracker expects English so you may need to reinstall your site in English.

thx for your answer. the hud is now working in cash games and turnament. but to zoom cash games it still don't work. The hand import work, i see it in "View Active Tables", what can be the problem?

Make sure that the Zoom option is turned on in Configure > Sites & Import Options > PokerStars (check the PokerStars Configuration Guide for details) and if it still doesn't work please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.
