Spin and Go Wrong prizes *Pls Help*

Pt4 shows a wrong C net won, i think some prizes are wrong. for the 7s their are +12.53,21 and 35.
So 2x,4x,6x Multiplier. But the 2x is sometimes wrong, it has to be always +7 and not +12.53.
I purged the hands and let stars send me my hh and import them, now its fine. How can i fix this problem?

Are you saving and importing PokerStars tournament summary files as well as the hand histories? We recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PT4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars).

They are the default paths so that should be fine. Is the checkbox to save tournament summaries enabled in your PokerStars software (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries)? Is PokerTracker 4 configured to import from the tournament summary folder as well as the hand history folder (Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars)?

By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories/tournament summaries to your \PokerTracker 4\Processed folder which you can access via the "File -> Open User Data Folder" option.

What if i switched the import destination folder? would that be an issue?
