I don't have a confirmed date for the next update, which is currently subject to internal testing, at this time although you should also refer to the last reply we sent to you in the support ticket you opened on this topic.

What doesn't work? The Fast Forward HUD? That should be resolved in our next release so if you want to be automatically notified when that's available then please open a Support Ticket.

The hud still does not appear in fast forward after the new update of PT4

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file so we can investigate that for you. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I have no file named "Pokertracker.log" in all my computer. But I have a text file named simply "Pokertracker 4"

Depending on your Windows settings it can be displayed as "PokerTracker4" instead of "PokerTracker4.log" so that's OK. Please send us that file in a Support Ticket.
