Cant install postgresql

Hi guys,

I installed PT4 few days ago and after first launch i can't install postgresql - error shows at the beginning [An error occured executing the Microsoft VC++ runtime installer.]
I have variable versions of M VC++ installed on my comupter - 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013/2015
If there is a solution on this forum, just give me link plz. I was looking and didn't find anything.
