No HUD for 7-handed final table on pokerstars

Pokerstars just changed some 6-max tournaments to become 7-handed on final table (Omanias anyway).

HUD disappeared and can't get it working for this table only

In PokerTracker 4 click "Configure -> Options" and if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does. Close/restart PokerTracker 4. With logging enabled all the time as soon as you run into this problem again send us your 'PokerTracker4.log' file, a screenshot of the final table and the hand history file. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Hey Hippo, I had same problem yesterday. Problem is you gotta make a final table in order to get the screen shot (may take a while). Am lobbying Stars to change this final table back to 6 max (that's what the torn is supposed to be) but is there another way around this in the meantime? Thanks holdme

Hang on I have the log file from last night - how should I send it to you? Also can send the hand history although I am unsure where Pt4 dumps them after the import? Are these useful without the screenshot? Cheers Holdme

If you have a log file and hand history from that time then please attach them to a Support Ticket and we can take a look at those for you.

It's not fixed yet? Played on PS fast friday (6 max zoom turbo) and hud disappeared when zoom switched to standard game (3 tables left)

This problem was fixed awhile ago but the issue you are describing is different and I haven't seen any other reports of this. For now in PokerTracker 4 enable logging via "Configure -> Options" and if you run into this problem again send us your 'PokerTracker4.log file' and the hand history file(s) for the tournament in a Support Ticket:
