Importing Zoom Hands from mobile

Hi all,

i got hand history via email from poker stars after playing mobile. poker tracker says "unrecognized game type" and no hand is imported. When playing on my mac everything is imported from zoom. It is just about this handhistory after getting it via email...

any idea?

When copying/saving hand histories from email you need to make sure that you save it as a plain text file with no formatting, and that all of the lines are in their original form.
Some errors we see in this type of case is longer lines (like the header lines) being split onto two lines, or an extra space being introduced at the start of each line.
