HUD display problem

Having problem with displaying the hud on pokerstars tables. Seems that tracking is ok, but cant see hud during the play

Check the Hud Troubleshooting Guide for solutions to common issues. In particular make sure that the PokerStars software is installed in English.
If the Hud still doesn't appear follow the link in that guide to send us your log files and information via a support ticket so that we can investigate further.
