Import randomly doesnt import hands

So I play a session and have get hands while playing and it works for the first couple of minutes. Also getting a HUD. After a couple of minutes into the session the HUDs just disappear, because PT4 randomly chooses to not import all HHs instantly anymore. I play about 100 sngs at the end of the session my graph only shows the results of ~60 and PT4 doesn't import any new hands (even though I know there are hundreds not importet yet)
I stop the import and restart again, nothing happens. I close PT4 and restart again, try to get hands while playing, nothing happens. I restart a second time and click get hands while playing and suddenly it starts importing the last 500 hands.
No idea what is causing this, but I can't get a HUD while playing because of it

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

But after I restarted and played some twice (still same problem) there isn't a PokerTracker4.log file

There are some files in the 'Logs' folder now though

Depending on your Windows settings for displaying file extensions the log will display as either 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' so as you have file extensions disabled in Windows File Explorer the log file is in your second screenshot - it's the text file called 'PokerTracker4'.

Ok thx alot created the ticket with the log file, hope i get this problem fixed soon
