HH converter not queing Notepad

Hello,
I am having trouble trying to post hands to TwoPlusTwo forums, my issue seems to be that when I click the second button to convert to forum(s) format nothing happens. To my knowledge it is supposed to bring up my Windows Notepad and that's not happening. Is there any way to make sure I have the correct Notepad installed, or possibly is this due to the fact that I am still using the Trial Version software?

That button copies the information to your computers clipboard but it won't open Notepad for you. Once you've clicked the copy button you can paste the information into a forum post or notepad via the right click menu and selecting 'Paste' or by pressing 'Ctrl-V' on your keyboard.
