No hud on fast forward on Bwin(partypoker)

While HUD is being shown on normal cash games it doesnt show up on fast forward... Imports and hand history working fine. Any solution?

What country are you in, what stake(s) are you playing and what are the exact table name(s) are for any Fast Forward tables that aren't working for you?

Im playing on Greece stakes 0.02/0,05 name Supersonic 3 also 0.05/0.10$ name Dragster 4

In that case please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

There is no such file.. The only file in there is a ptoriginal file named "postgresql.conf.5432"

That would be because PokerTracker 4 was not started with logging enabled and/or you restarted it. You can also turn logging on/off via "Configure -> Options" so if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does and then restart PokerTracker 4. Once you do hit the problem on the table make sure to not restart PokerTracker 4 until you've sent the log - if you do PokerTracker 4 will start a new log file meaning we may lose the one with the information we'd like to see. You can open the user data folder (File -> Open User Data folder) containing the log file before you start playing, leave that window open and attach the log file from that window after you've played for a few minutes.

I have same problem. I am playing in Hungary. The table datas: Name Supersonic 3, stake 0.2/0.5 USD . As I saw the normal cash and tourney hud are working but the fast forward hud doesn't. My preefered sits and player name is set up.

Is your Bwin client installed in English? If you have the Bwin client installed in another language please uninstall it then re-download the software again and select English during the installation.
