Hero vs Villain report

Hi guys, There's a hero vs villain report for tournaments. I want the same report to review my hands vs a partucular player in cash games. Then I want to filter these hands by hands that went to showdown.

The 'Hero vs Villain' report is also available in the cash game section of PokerTracker 4 and you can add a filter for going to showdown in 'More Filters -> Actions & Opportunities -> River -> Saw Showdown'.

Thanks for the reply Hippo. It's not available on my drop down. I see it when I click the tournaments however for cash I have no reports available. Can you let me know how to get to it?

The report should be there. Try running the PokerTracker 4 installer to see if that resolves the trouble and if it doesn't please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble along with a screenshot so that we can investigate that for you.
