Steal Success Stat Accurate?

I'm looking at my database for hands in which only two players were dealt in.

I was in the SB for 1970 hands. My steal success is listed at 410 of 1540 hands.

Shouldn't the steal success stat denominator be 1970 hands? I can't figure out why the numbers aren't the same.

I face a PF 3bet 237 times but I don't think that factors into this.

My filter just includes: 'Players Dealt Into Hand Between 2 and 2"

The steal success stat denominator will be how many times you open raised so it won't include hands where you open folded/open limped.

Not sure why I didn't reach that obvious conclusion but thanks for the help.
