Sometimes ZOOM HUD doesnt work

As sbject, most of the times the stats are displayed correctly, but sometimes it shows me stats for a player who is not even at the table. Then the next hand it works fine again and so on.
Of course all the latest versions are installed.

In PokerTracker 4 click "Configure -> Options" and if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does. With logging enabled if this trouble occurs again then please take a screenshot of the problem and attach that to a Support Ticket along with your 'PokerTracker4.log file'. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I do not see a support ticket from the OP on this topic so if you can please follow the directions I gave above we can investigate that for you.

i cant manage to upload that 'PokerTracker4.log file and therefore open a ticket :S

There is a 10MB limit on file size for attachments so if your log is larger than that please zip/compress the log file and that should make the file small enough to attach to your ticket.
