Playing History Audit not recognized

Hi,

As I did many times I'm trying to import the Playing History Audit Stars file on PT4, . It is the .CSV version and I'm using the last 4.14.24 version of PT4.

This time the software says :
" Error: Unrecognized file format: Playing history audit.csv "

I tried several times. How can I solve, what can it be?
