PT4 HUD NOT WORKING ON IGNITION....

Hello can someone please help me? I can not find hand history folder on ignition to save hands for my hud on pt4, Is a hud even allowed on ignition casino? Please if someone can help me getting my hud to work. One other problem I have every 24 hours, all my hands disappear in my pt4 hand history. I am able to see them but as soon as clock hits 12:00pm I lose all hand histories for the last 24 hours and I can not review my previous hands from days or even weeks, months.... Does anyone know which poker network ignition is under. I put it under iPoker network. Thank you for all your help guys.

We do not currently support Ignition so if your HUD is not working you'll need to contact the author of the hand converter you are using about that. With regards to the hands if you want to see hands older than a day you need to move from the 'Play Poker' section to the 'View Stats' section in PokerTracker 4.
