I We download the history of the hands from starzes and see such a picture.

Our task is to factor and see the chip in each. But x3 factor is confusing, what to do about it?

For the most accurate results please make sure you are saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories. We recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars). If you have not been saving tournament summaries and/or have incorrect results you can request a CSV playing audit from the PokerStars software and import that into PokerTracker 4 to update your results. To manually import that file when you receive it select "Get Hands From Disk" after clicking "Play Poker". For any tournaments with incorrect data you can also update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. If you have any further trouble please send us a sample of hand history and tournament summary files/audit file for any tournaments which don't work for you in a Support Ticket.

Please attach a sample of these tournaments and your audit file to a Support Ticket along with a link to this thread.
