Is there an option somewhere to center the texte inside columns ?!

On the 'Definition' tab in 'Configure -> Statistics' there is an option to align your stat to the left, center or right.

All unmodifiable native stat are center right

Built in stats cannot be edited but you can use the 'Duplicate' option and then edit the alignment of the duplicated stat.
