888 poker Hud does not work

Hallo everyone My Hud does not work on the 888 poker network.`
My pt4 indicates that the software not yet been installed.but thats not correct the software is installed.At my 888 acount everything is fine all my settings on 888 acount are good hand history settings are on.My pt4 must be wrong.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem on a table or two and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
