Unable to locate Party directories + No party skin appear

Hello to the poker tracker community..
I have a problem with PT4 on partypoker.fr.. that dosnt works
I have installed the software in english and put the C:/Programs/PartyFrance/partypokerfr/HandHsitory manually in directories configuration but that doesnt works
In more I have theses messages: Unable to locate Part directories and No partypoker skins appear to be installed

Is the option to 'Store hand history logs' option enabled in the partypoker client? If it is do you see the hand history files being created in your C:/Programs/PartyFrance/partypokerfr/HandHistory/PLAYER_NAME folder when you are playing at a table?

yes sir, there is the file on my C: but dosnt appear on PT4..

Please enable logging, click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and then reproduce this problem by playing for a few minutes on a partypoker table. Next send your log file to us in a Support Ticket and you can access that file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in PokerTracker 4.
