Can't find chartdir50.dll

So I'm basically ghetting this message every time that I wanna open PokerTracker 4 until I install it again, then it works somehow but I can't even unnistall it first because the unnistaller doesn't work either. I already tried rebooting my computer and I also checked if the chartdir50.dll file is in my programfilesx86/PokerTracker4 and it is there. Any help? Thank you.

Restart your computer and then run the PokerTracker 4 installer file again as the very first thing you do after restarting and see if that resolves the trouble or not.

P4 working well but my HUD isn't working on last version. No idea why. it imports the hands but doesn't display HUD at tables

What poker site and gametype (cash, tournament, Zoom, Speed e.t.c.) is this for?

I reinstalled my PT4 and now I cant find it even on my installed programs on my PC or my control panel. What?

Reboot your computer, right-mouse-button on the PokerTracker 4 installer file you downloaded and select "Run as Administrator". With regards to PokerStars and partypoker we have guides for getting things setup here and here. PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and poker table graphics such as the "Fold" button all need to be in English.
