Fastforward HUD bwin DK

I'm having problems getting the FastForward HUD to work on bwins danish client. The HUD works fine on the regular tabels and hand are getting imported into my database. I have read through the forums and tried following suggested solutions - none have solved the issue though.

1. Ran both PT4 and bwin as admin
2. Atempted to install bwin client in English. Sadly this is not possible.
3. Changed the language file in the BWIN DK poker folder manually, so that everything is in English.
4. Contactet BWIN to ask for them to change my screenname (on the tables) to my username (login name).

Is there anything else I can try?
