In PokerTracker 4 click "Database -> Database Management", click your database then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild". Be prepared for this to take a considerable amount of time if you have a large database, so you'll want to run it when you're not using PokerTracker 4 for a while (such as overnight maybe). Make sure that your computer does not power itself off or go to sleep while it's running or you will need to run it again from the start.

Are you using a large number of custom stats and/or Premium HUDs? There is a PostgreSQL restriction on the number of columns in a table so you will need to restrict the number of custom columns which are cached to 1600. If you go to "Configure -> Options" you can disable "Download Premium Content" and restart PokerTracker 4 so premium content isn't loaded. If you're not using all of your premium add-ons you could contact those premium makers you don't want anymore and request that they disable that content and that may bring your custom columns down to below 1600 again.
