People's Velox: does not show the HUD

Hi guys,
i'm plaing this discipline, Velox, on People's. I set PT4 for this room.
But though everything works correctly for the cash game, in Velox doesn't start the tables' HUD. And while I play it only reads that is processing ...
Do you have any idea why this happens?

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket along with the hand history file. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
