Carbon/Merge no longer being detected

After an automatic Carbon update today, PT4 is no longer recognizing the client at all. I've gone through and done a setup assistant reset, auto detect, add the histories....nothing. Any help?

PokerTracker 4 does not need to detect the Carbon install for hand importing or the HUD so is that still working? If you need to re-configure your hand history folder you can use 'Add' instead of 'Auto Detect' via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Merge Network'.

So, I am having the same issue after getting a new CPU and installing everything on it. I have done an auto detect (no merge skins, it says), and have tried doing a manual add, but...it's not adding the folder. Can you give me any guidance?

Manually adding the folder should work so what is the specific issue you are having with it? Is 'Enable Hand History' selected in the Merge client under 'Settings-> Hand History Settings'? If it's enabled does the hand history folder exist on your computer to add? The default location is:

C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\AppData\Local\[Your Site Name]\history

If you are not seeing the AppData folder when searching for it then Windows will be hiding that directory so to make it visible in Windows File Explorer please refer to this guide.
