Hi guys,

after my pc failed for insufficient memory, my PT does not work properly. Specifically I can not see any stat, or graphics, although it seems that it does matter hands. Here you can see the message gived:

How can I solve this?

That error message can have a number of causes so can you please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

You can access the PokerTracker 4 log from the PokerTracker 4 "File -> Open User Data Folder" menu item and depending on your Windows settings it may look like just "PokerTracker4" or "PokerTracker4.log" with a sheet of paper for an icon.
